HAPPY PETS. PEACE OF MIND. A LITTLE SOUTH BAY SUNSHINE.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Peace of mind starts here.

The details that help you decide whether Paws + Play is right for your pet.

How do I get started?

Prepare a meet-and-greet request with your city, service and routine. The form opens a draft in your email app addressed to pawsnplaysouthbay@gmail.com. Review and send the email yourself. A downloadable copy is also available. No booking is confirmed until Parker accepts.

Will my dog walk with other dogs?

The service is one household at a time. A second dog from the same household can join for $6 when it is safe to walk both together.

Do you offer overnight care?

Overnight and continuous care are not offered. Vacation drop-ins are separate visits, with pets alone between visits.

Can you give medication?

Medication needs must be discussed before care is accepted. Only services within Parker’s verified training, insurance and written instructions should be accepted. No medical credentials are currently claimed.

What happens in hot weather?

The care plan should prioritize shade, safe surfaces and shorter outdoor breaks with indoor enrichment when conditions require. Any change is communicated to the owner.

Are you insured and bonded?

Coverage has not yet been verified for this launch service menu. Parker must obtain appropriate insurance and confirm any bonding claim before accepting paid care.

What will I hear after a visit?

The standard is a short photo update covering food, water, potty activity and anything unusual, with permission for photos.

Where can I read the policies?

The services page lists cancellation, package and holiday terms. A written care agreement should be accepted before any booking is confirmed.
